The Bellebuono School of Herbal Medicine was founded in 2011 and is a member school of the American Herbalist Guild. Directed by herbalist and author Holly Bellebuono, we provide a very practical 96-hour certificate course Herbal Medicine Foundations as well as classes covering a wide range of herbal topics. Holly’s 8 books, including the documentary book Women Healers of the World, teach herbal medicine and philosophy.

We are excited to announce a new 11-night/12-day retreat in Italy in Spring 2025! We’ll visit botanical gardens, ancient herb farms, essential oil facilities, grottoes, Etruscan tunnels, and enjoy wine tastings and more throughout Montepulciano, Sienna, Assisi, and Florence. Registrations are open for both our Herbal Medicine Foundations Certificate course and Herbal Tuscany 2025.
