Krista Nelson, an African American grandmother with Lenape ancestry, is a Lenape language teacher, a Native American flautist, an ecotherapist, a grief guide, and a certified Yoga Nidra Guide. Krista offers gratitude rituals and a study of reciprocity called Nature As Lover to cultivate intimate relationships with earth, water, fire, air, and space with our five senses, taste, hearing, sight, smell, and touch.

Krista is the author of Create Your Dream Life in 6 Steps or Less – A practical guide for personal transformation through journaling and visioning. She has also written a 12-book self-development series designed to immerse readers in the beauty of the Wissahickon Valley Park in Philadelphia, PA, while lifting spirits and inspiring change. Whether guiding a grief walk, the sacred healing practice of rest, or a loving embrace with the wind, Krista holds space for transformation grounded in respect, belonging, and the sacred rhythms of the natural world.
