BotanicWise
Women's Herbal Gathering
September 13-15, 2024
Herbal Market
We are proud to offer a beautiful market showcasing herbal artisans. Find hand-crafted herbal and sustainable products in our Herbal Market. Examples of products offered at previous events include herbal remedies, live plants, sustainable clothing, jewelry and books, as well as information on herbal education. Plan ahead and let’s support these wonderful artisans!
Our market has outdoor spaces available only. All vendors must provide their own pop-up tents and tables. There are a limited number of vendor spaces so prompt registration is encouraged. Electrical power outlets are very limited in the market and cannot be guaranteed. We recommend bring your own power cord. Wifi is not included.
Vendor setup begins at noon on Friday, August 26. Vendors may open to customers beginning Friday, 3PM-8PM. Saturday vending opens at 7AM. All vendors must be cleaned up and out of the building by 2pm on Sunday, August 28.
Each vendor must go through an approval process to ensure that we maintain a diversity of products. To start the approval process, submit registration and payment. All vendors will be notified of approval status once registration and payment is received. If a vendor is not approved, all payments will be refunded.

“Everything was wonderful! Organized, easy load in/load out, beautiful space, incredible women! I'm super grateful to have been a part of the gathering. Thank you!”
“I participated in the Allies for Plants & People as a vendor two years ago. I didn’t know what to expect, as this was my very first BotanicWise event. In the course of three days, I had so many deep and beautiful conversations with people. I heard parts of lectures that opened my eyes to the healing power of plants. I bought books that helped me to both focus on and expand my heart, my life, my gardens and my business. I learned a lot and bought plants that are now thriving in my garden.
Although my vending business shows up at a number of farmers markets throughout the summer and I interact with an enlightened public on a regular basis, I was not prepared for how deeply connected and inspiring the people at this conference would be.
It is difficult to put into words, but the people at this conference, (the presenters, the vendors and the attendees) were some of the highest vibrational people I have ever met or seen together in one place. They were both grounded and humming inside, comfortable in their own skin in a way I rarely experience. They were also impressively and deeply knowledgeable about plants, some of whom I already had a relationship with, and some about whom I want to learn more.
We all have our journeys that connect us to the wonders of the universe, both within ourselves and also outside of our bodies, to the plant world and to others. Meeting the people at this conference encouraged me and inspired me to continue on my path.”
