Helena Wu

Helena is an herbalist, flower essence, and Reiki practitioner. She loves growing and wildcrafting herbs and is one of the Four Farmers Herbal CSA (www.fourfarmersherbsvt.com). She is a retired homebirth midwife and herbs were an integral part of her practice. Through health consultations, classes, herbal CSA, and other collaborations she works to encourage greater vitality in her community.
