Our bodies require a variety of nutrients to function properly, and the foods we eat are our primary source of these nutrients. Food is abundantly available, yet 92% of the US population is deficient in at least one essential vitamin or mineral.

Pop-Quiz! Do you know…

???? The essential mineral that 80% of the population is deficient in?

???? Which vital macronutrient is under-consumed by more than 75% of North Americans?

???? Half the population consumes less than 50% of the Recommended Daily Allowance of what mineral?

These deficiencies result in a long list of symptoms, including low energy, sweet cravings, stress, brain fog, insomnia, depression and anxiety, muscle tension and cramping, blood sugar issues, and imbalanced hormones.

More than avoiding unhealthy foods, we need to make space – we need to add vital foods. A balanced and nutritious diet can provide us with the necessary energy, macronutrients, and micronutrients that our bodies need to maintain good health. These nutrients help to support our immune system, maintain healthy organ function, and repair and rebuild cells and tissues.

Essential Foods for Vitality are crucial for our health and well-being.

In this free webinar, you will learn…

???? The foods that boost liver function and immunity, and beat fatigue

???? The mineral that improves energy, brain fog, and muscle function

???? A positive approach that emphasizes additions and substitutions rather than eliminations

???? Tools to incorporate nourishing changes that provide optimal levels of essential nutrients for vitality

This webinar will be recorded. Please register to receive an email when the replay is posted within the BotanicWise Community.
