Since moving to Vermont over 10 years ago, Helen has been studying and living herbs as part of her daily practice and her passion for the plants speaks clearly. She and her family live on their family farm in the Mad River Valley of Vermont. Three Springs Farm is a diversified farm focused on creating value-added medicinal products.

Helen is also the Educational Director for the last 9 years of Rosemary Gladstar’s The Science & Art of Herbalism Online and Home Study Course, working directly with Rosemary and the students teaching daily the rich spirit and essence of Herbalism.

Helen also was a Co-Director of the New England Women’s Herbal Conference, has taught many classes at Sage Mountain and has a fierce passion for empowering people with their own self-care and working with the plants.
