With a number of respiratory ailments—including seasonal influenza, RSV, COVID-19 (yup, still here), and the common cold—now is a great time for a refresher class in herbal respiratory care.
7Song will share specific herbs and formulas to treat various symptoms, such as difficulty breathing, sinus congestion, and coughs, as well as ways to help speed recovery. There will be plenty of time for Q&A, and you’ll walk away with grounded practices to update your herbal toolkit.
Can’t make the live class? The replay will be here for you when you need it!
