🌿 We are on a journey…

There comes a time in every woman’s life when her hormones start doing a little dance of their own — not quite a waltz, not quite a tango, but something that can leave us sweating, sleepless, and wondering, Who took my patience?

👋🏼 Raise your hand if you…

Perimenopause and menopause mark a profound transformation, one that invites us to slow down, listen closely, and rediscover our innate wisdom. Yet in our modern world, many women enter this phase unaware, unsupported, and overwhelmed.

At BotanicWise, we believe this stage of life can be full of vibrance, clarity, and confidence. You just need the right tools — and a few good herbs — to help you get there.

“If you have yet to be called an incorrigible, defiant woman, don’t worry, there is still time.”

🌼 The Reality: You’re Not Alone

Over 1 billion women are currently in perimenopause or menopause. That’s one in eight people on the planet! And yet…

  • 73% report disruptive symptoms that affect sleep, mood, skin, or weight.
  • Only 20% receive effective guidance or care.
  • Most women say they felt “completely unprepared.”

We think it’s time to change that.

You deserve to understand what’s happening in your body — and to have natural, nourishing, time-tested ways to support yourself through it.

What's Inside this Program?

Hot, Wild & Wise: Discover Your Herbal Guide to Menopause Magic is a new online series that brings together beloved herbalists, teachers, and women’s wellness experts to explore natural ways to move through midlife with grace, strength, and radiance.

Each session is filled with practical herbal knowledge, gentle laughter, and the comforting reminder that wise women have walked this path for millennia.

We’ll dive deep into how to:

Perimenopause often begins years before the first missed period. Think of it as a whisper from your body: “Tend me now, and I will carry you gracefully forward.”

Starting early with herbal and lifestyle support can:

🌿 Ease the intensity of hot flashes and mood swings
🌿 Protect your skin and bones for decades to come
🌿 Support balanced weight and energy
🌿 Cultivate emotional steadiness and self-compassion

Don’t wait until your hormones are hollering — begin when they’re still whispering. And if you are already in the thick of it, we’re here to help!

💚 Why Herbal & Natural Solutions Work So Beautifully

Modern medicine often treats menopause as a problem to be fixed. Herbalism sees it as a transition to be tended.

Herbs speak the same language as our bodies — they work with us, not against us.

  • Black cohosh, red clover, and sage have been shown to reduce hot flashes by up to 60%.
  • Adaptogens like rhodiola, maca, and holy basil help smooth the emotional ups and downs.
  • Nettle and oatstraw strengthen bones, hair, and energy reserves.

And beyond science, herbs bring ritual, beauty, and connection — things every woman deserves more of.

🌸 What You’ll Receive

  • Inspiring live video sessions from herbalists and women’s health experts
  • Downloadable herbal recipes and protocols for every stage of your journey
  • Guided self-care practices to bring calm and beauty into daily life
  • Live Q&A sessions with our teachers
  • Access to a private online community of women walking this path together

You’ll have lifetime access to all sessions — because, let’s be honest, sometimes brain fog means we need to hear things twice.

Crowning Glory: Herbal Support for Thinning Hair in the Menopausal Years with Rachael Pontillo

During the menopausal transition, many women notice changes in their hair’s fullness, texture, and growth rate. Hormonal shifts—particularly the decline of estrogen and progesterone and the relative increase in androgens—can lead to thinning, slowed growth, and increased shedding. Stress, nutrient depletion, and reduced scalp circulation can further compound these effects.

In this class for herbalists and herbal enthusiasts, we’ll explore the root causes of menopausal hair loss and how to address them holistically with the help of plant allies. Learn how herbs can nourish the scalp, support healthy hormone balance, and stimulate new growth from within. We’ll also discuss topical herbal treatments, such as infused oils, rinses, and masks, that enhance circulation, strengthen follicles, and promote resilience and shine.

You’ll come away with a deeper understanding of how to care for your hair as it changes—using both internal and external herbal therapies to restore vitality and confidence throughout the menopausal years.
