Stitching Baskets, Sharing Stories, and Opening to the Medicinal Ways of Pine
I hope you will join me in celebrating the Pines ~ those evergreens who share their gifts of breath, fragrance, food, resin, medicine, and more. Drink Pine tea, taste Pine honey, prepare White Pine extract or vinegar, and learn of Pine’s essential nature in flower essence and aromatherapy for the spirit along with the medicine ways of this woodland treasure.
After this immersion with Pine, we will circle together to stitch a small coil basket of Longleaf pine needles that you can work on during the weekend. A cherished gift of tree spirit and attention, the spiral stitching asks for attention that often slips into a meditation and woodland treasure.
Please bring a pillow or low chair to sit on and a cup for your pine tea.
