Yes, FreeDom Flowers is my real name! For over 25 years, I’ve dedicated my life to the healing arts, serving as a bridge between traditional wisdom and modern holistic practices. As a healer, earth steward, and mother of three boys, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my practice.

My journey began in 1997, and I’ve since developed a comprehensive approach to healing that interweaves multiple modalities. With formal training in massage therapy, energy work, and sound healing, I’ve built a foundation in both physical and energetic healing practices. My extensive study of herbalism has given me deep knowledge of plant medicine and its applications for modern wellness.

I have spent several years immersing myself in cultural, traditional, and spiritual practices with Elders and Wisdom Keepers from around the world. Through the blessings of the Cruz Family—spiritual teachers from the Mayan Tz’utujil tradition of Guatemala—I am grateful for the opportunity to serve Sacred Cacao in Ceremonies. I continue my spiritual devotion under the guidance of my teacher, Taino Elder, Maestro Manuel Rufino, and the Initiatic Tradition, maintaining strong connections with indigenous wisdom keepers who have shaped my practice.
